Yet I am not a school leader, but when I taught in the classroom, reconnecting was something I reminded myself after giving some "lectures" to misbehave students. I made sure students know that I focus on the issue/incident rather the person. Now I need to do more reconnecting work with parents (on behave of school /board) through my current role. Parent-school relationship may be broken by having parents misinterpret information from school. it may also be broken by having wrong expectations carried over from their home country.Benjamin Lawnoreply@blogger.com
